Located in Kalkan Kördere, Antalya, Villa Desde is a great alternative for nuclear families and honeymoon couples thanks to its sheltered structure and 4-person accommodation capacity. There is a jacuzzi in the suite bedroom. Designed with quality and comfortable furnishings, our villa has a magnificent sea view. *Our landlord lives on the lower floor of our villa. The entrance of the lower floor and the entrance of our villa on the upper floor are independent and our villa is sheltered.

NOTE: An extra 2,500 TL cleaning fee is requested for rentals shorter than 1 week.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: The room has 2 single beds, nightstand, TV, wardrobe, air conditioning, dressing table and bathroom/WC.

2nd Bedroom: The room has a Suite 1 double bed, TV, nightstand, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom/WC.

Living Room: The living room has a stylish seating group, 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV, air conditioning, dining table & chairs and direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave oven, 4-burner set, tea maker, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, kitchen utensils (plates & glasses, pots & pans etc.) and dining table.

Garden: The private garden has sun loungers, parasol, swing, pergola, seating group, oriental corner, dining table and chairs, swing, table tennis, table football, stone barbecue and mini kitchen.

Pool: The dimensions of the private garden are; There is a private sheltered swimming pool of 4 x 10 meters and a depth of 1.65 meters. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day, morning or evening.

Internet: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers. Internet use is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, newspaper and news sites, but it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No additional fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. Our villa is regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surrounding area. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% margin of protection in these villas.

*Extra*: The villa also has an iron & ironing board, hair dryer, baby cot, high chair, sports equipment, table tennis, table football.

Kalkan; is a settlement built on a hillside due to its geographical structure. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, you have to go uphill. Çayköy Village is a quiet settlement. (It is a village.)

Damage deposit: A deposit of 5,000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, loss, broken, spilled, etc. If there is no problem such as breakage, damage, loss, your deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
